New players are always welcome to join the Melville City Soccer Club. Players looking to join the Melville City Junior Boys team will need to download, complete and return a copy of the following documents:

ROOBALL: If your child is between 4 and 9, download the Rooball Rooball Registration Form.

BOYS/GIRLS/YOUTHS: Download the Junior Registration Form and the Football West Registration Form.
