In the past we provided our team managers and coaches with manuals incorporating documents we thought would be helpful to your role during the year. We have decided to send this electronically this year. Attached, therefore, please find the following documents:

(to advise Team Managers of the dates when their team is required to cover Canteen duty - please find 2-3 volunteers for each roster you have during the season - if someone is unable to fill their roster, they need to find a replacement for the day)
