Melville and East Fremantle Carnival

Folks,

Please see the attached flyer on our carnival with East Fremantle. We are at home on July 31st (at Len Shearer where we normally play) and we are at East Fremantle on Aug 7th (at Wauhope Park) - so you will see two pages one for each of these days. This is our first go at having a Rooball carnival with another club so please support us by:

  • Having a parent from each team help on the 31st July when we are Len Shearer, we will need extra folk to help on the canteen and folk to be time keepers. You will see I have assigned different teams to various time slots. Helpers will only have to do an hour and it will be either before or after your game. Those teams already rostered on the canteen for that day dont need to provide any further helpers

  • Travelling to East Fremantle on Aug 7th

    • Please look closely at the attached flyer as we are playing at times on Saturday morning different from what we normally play.

    We will play a slightly different format for our 8s and 9s during the two carnival days. Our teams will play a 15 minute game against an East Fremantle club and then we will rotate and play another East Freo team (15 minutes again) and then rotate a third and final time for another 15 minute game. So its a lightning carnival format.

    For 7s it will the same format as we usually do - only for the carnival we will play against East Freo teams.
